I was part of the group that helped decorating the Kerala float for the SA City Diwali Celebration this year. Friday I helped conduct and decorate the float. On Saturday I was part of the group that played the Chenda, a traditional instrument from south India that looks like a drum.
Br. Al and I had lunch together. We talked a bit got to know the places that Br. Al was assigned.
I was part of a youth group to get going a pilot program of a youth workshop/seminar.
It was Br. Al’s birthday today!
I was helping develop topics for the youth seminar/workshop.
Met with Br. Al after the interview he had with Brandon and Adam.
I was teaching the 6th grade class in catechism. We went into depth of the 2nd chapter. The chapter was talking about the first commandment and the sins that would cause us to break the first commandment.

I met with Br. Al again, and I also got to meet Br. Dwayne.
It was my first time meeting with Br. Al. I believe we had a good time together. I do feel like I was a bit awkward and still need to get more out there, but it was all good. Can’t wait to see him next week!
