Yoga Mind


About

The club meets twice a month to discuss different aspects of yoga and works on building friendships, and discuss how to strengthen the inner self through mindfulness, meditation, and movement. Yoga Mind will hold a safe space for discussion of self-reflection and growth. Knowing that stress is one main cause of illness, we hope that this club brings harmony and peace to students' lives.
