REP's KuPanda program empowers refugee youth with the skills and support they need to excel academically and personally. Pairing youth with adults of diverse racial, socio-economic, educational, and religious backgrounds will harvest cross-cultural relations and help bridge communities.
We accomplish this by:
· Carefully selecting, matching, and supporting mentor pairs;
· Utilizing a customized, intentional curriculum that encourages the development of life skills, personal and professional goals, and productive mentor relationships; and· Preparing invested youth to become mentors for their younger peers.
