Resource Room Organization

The mission of St. PJ’s Children’s Home is to be a safe and loving refuge for children in crisis and to accompany them on their journey to healing and wholeness, breaking the cycle of abuse and neglect one child at a time.

The Resource Room is a separate space in our Children's Home campus where keep items necessary to the day-to-day activities. We sort through donations, we inventory items, we re-stock the Children's Homes with whatever they need. Some of the Items you will be seeing in there are clothing donations, shoes, toys, hygiene items, school supplies. 

We are seeking Volunteers to assist us with-

  • Sort through donations. 
  • Rotate donations.
  • Inventory Items 
  • Assist with cleaning the resource room.
  • Re-stock Children's Homes

Other tasks may be assigned.

Requirements- Three Virtus Trainings and Virtus Criminal Background Check.

Dress Code- T-shirt, Jeans, and closed toed shoes.

Point of Contact- Upon arrival, please ask for Damien Alvarado (Resource Coordinator).

You will need your I.D. at the front desk for a visitor's sticker.
