Volunteers will be assisting in cleaning up an abandoned homeless encampment on the nature trail at Stroud Elementary. There is a required training and waiver that must be completed and acknowledged during registration in order to participate. Volunteers should dress to get dirty in long pants, sleeves, and closed-toe shoes. Volunteers will meet at the entrance to the nature trail at the back of the school near the bus loop. The opportunity will be lead by the UGA Backpack Project.

- Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.
- Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.
