Double Whammy: The COVID-19 Effect in Under-Resourced Neighborhoods
Wednesday, May 27th, 2020 - 12:30 - 1:00pm

Learn how Mile High United Way is using heat mapping data to ensure we are working in communities where we can provide the most value and support for residents on their path to stabilization, recovery, and resilience.

Prior to COVID-19, under-resourced neighborhoods were already facing significant challenges. This briefing will highlight the process for identifying our focus neighborhoods and how we're responding to help families meet the challenges they are now facing in this crisis.

Our Presenters:
Tim Main, Manager of Evaluation and Learning

Francisca Angulo-Olaiz Ph.D., Vice-President, Community Engagement

These briefings are designed for you to leave with a better understanding of what is happening in our community, how this data is driving change in Mile High United Way’s response, what residents living in our most under-resourced neighborhoods are currently facing as a result of COVID-19, and what you can do to help.
