About

College Hill Association Board Members have identified the need to pick up trash and litter on the following streets: Monroe, B, Maple, Campus, Stadium Way, Harvey, Howard, Garfield, Michigan, Illinois, Spaulding and Ash. Grab a grocery bag- or garbage bag if you're ambitious- and go on a walk to one of these streets and pick up trash. Submit a before and after picture of the area to earn 30 minutes of service credit.

Adopt-A-Block is typically a service program for organizations to clean the neighborhood with fellow members. Due to changing circumstances this semester, we are adapting the program to be a solo opportunity to provide service while social distancing.

Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you or someone in your household traveled to a country on the CDC’s Level 3 watch list in the last 30 days? At this time, these include China, Iran, Italy and South Korea. These may change. See the CDC’s guidelines for the most up-to-date list.

  2. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  3. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a fever, cough or shortness of breath. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
