The Stories of Self & Solidarity Day Camp (S3DC) serves girls* grades 1-6. Incorporating a Freedom Schools model, youth in S3DC will explore their personal identities and community. They will develop skills for empathy, allyship, and advocacy. The camp at our Edmonds location will last for two weeks, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm. Counselors and youth will be expected to commit to both weeks of the camp.

Counselors will work in pairs to lead small groups of youth through activities that foster self-reflection, artistic expression, advocacy skills and civic engagement.
A successful Counselor has the following skills or experience:
