YouthServe and One Roof are excited to have you join us for Cardboard Connect.  Cardboard Connect is an overnight event to raise awareness of homelessness in central Alabama. Cardboard Connect gives youth the opportunity to learn more about homelessness. During Cardboard Connect, youth will participate in activities that expose them to what it is like to experience homelessness and what barriers there are to getting the help they need. They will hear from community members who have been affected by homelessness and others who work to end homelessness. Youth will also participate in a service project that will show them how they can positively impact the homeless population in their communities. This event is for all youth ages 13-18.

Check-in begins at 2:30PM on February 8th and ends at 3:00PM. Please arrive on time so all the participants can experience all the activities planned. Pick up time is Sunday, February 9th, at 7:30AM.
