Description
CASA for Lancaster County recruits, trains and supports community volunteers who advocate for the best interests of abused, neglected, truant and ungovernable children in Juvenile Court. You must be 21 years old and pass background checks in order to volunteer. Our pre-service training is a 30 hour curriculum that is 15 hours of online learning and 15 hours in class.  The in-class sessions are on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 -9:00 PM and there are 6 sessions.
