Join local attorneys for a one-day criminal record-sealing (expungement) event at Genesis Church in Fayetteville. Help individuals to draft the documents necessary to seal their criminal records. Co-sponsored by Legal Aid of Arkansas, the Young Lawyers section of the Arkansas Bar and the Washington County Bar Association. 

Time: Thursday, November 7 from 10-3pm (volunteers need not attend the entire event; minimum of three-hour commitment required).  

Eligibility: All interested 2Ls and 3L students are welcome to apply. Rule XV certification and prior experience are not required. Training will be provided.  

To sign up: Register in GivePulse in the School of Law - Pro Bono subgroup.  

Pro bono credit: This is an approved pro bono opportunity. In order to receive recognition for your pro bono work from the Law School, you must record your hours in GivePulse. Contact Professor Smith ( if you have any questions.
