I'm leaving headed to the alamodome. Those that are meeting me their will need to get a wrist band from Savor. Our stand is 310 Express located on the 5th floor of the alamodome.

In order not to pay for parking we will meet at the Wolf Stadium at 1500 and depart NLT 1530 to get the Alamodome. I will have the badges for us to get into the venue. Remember black slacks, black closed toe, skid resistant, non slip shoes.

Thank you for volunteering with the IPTS Booster Club! See you next week!

Also if you have not provided me a copy of your certificate. Just make sure the day of the event you have a copy on your phone. You will not be able to serve alcohol without.

Hello Team,

Our volunteer event is fast approaching. Please read the information below and if you have any questions feel free to contact me at 305-924-2777 (TSgt Scott).

* Parking around the Dome will be incredibly limited due to the size of this event. Most parking lots are cash only, however there may be price surges because of the magnitude of this event.
* Parking will be available at Wolff Stadium, where buses will begin their routes at 3:00pm. Please plan accordingly so you can be at the Alamodome by 4:00pm.
* Parking will not be reimbursed for this event since free parking is available at Wolff Stadium.
The check-in process will be as follows:

* Enter through the Southwest Event Staff Entrance. That would be in the front of Lot A, facing south towards I-281.

* If a volunteer needs a different size or additional volunteers come, additional shirts will be included in the bin.
* Please remind all volunteers that black work pants are to be worn (NO athletic material or jeans), as well as closed toe, non-slip, skid-resistant shoes.
