Learn how to utilize GivePulse to connect with PCC and PSU!
*please note this on boarding is a work in progress and participants will be asked for feedback on their experience and areas for improvement

Workshop Goals
 
  • Understand what GivePulse is and why we're using it
  • Create a “bulletin board” level account and understand how to maintain it
  • Affiliate with PCC & PSU
  • Create an “event” in Give Pulse (one time or ongoing)
  • See an “expressed interest” email
  • Understand further levels of engagement with the system
  • Understand where to seek support


Preparation:
  1. Watch GivePulse Community Partner Basics Video (https://youtu.be/3TEDM3FvxLU)
  2. Come with details for an upcoming event or volunteer opportunity. During the workshop, you will be creating a draft event on GivePulse with that information.
  3. Bring a laptop (If you do not have access to a laptop, there are a limited number of computers that are available for use during the workshop.)

Requirement Details
1. Each individual should have their own GivePulse account

2. Organizations should have an existing GivePulse group

Parking Details
Closest parking is in Lot #1 (entrance off of N. Albina Ave. and N. Jessup St.). All motor vehicles parked at any PCC location must display a valid parking permit Monday – Friday, 7am – 10pm.
